1. General terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to commercial relations between XRoc Gaming Oy and its customers.
The user of the Service is called the Customer, regardless of whether the Customer registers for the Service. The Service can also be ordered without registration, but when ordering, we require information from the Customer to order the Service. These terms and conditions apply to all Customers, whether they are corporate, institutional or consumer customers. The processing of customer data is described in more detail in In the registration statement
XRoc Gaming Oy is not liable for damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseen circumstance, event or change in circumstances that is beyond XRoc Gaming Oy's control. XRoc Gaming Oy is obliged to notify the customer of force majeure without delay.
2. Order terms
The order is made through the shopping cart found on the website.
The subscriber must be at least 18 years of age. A minor subscriber may only place an order with the consent of a guardian. A minor subscriber must provide a power of attorney signed by a guardian upon request.
3. Fees and prices.
A reasonable fee, currently in effect, will be charged for the use of the service, which is indicated in connection with the product. Please note that the prices of different versions of the product may vary depending on the version. The service provider has the right to change prices freely.
XRoc Gaming Oy reserves the right to change the order amount afterwards in special cases where there has been a clear error in pricing or the price of the product is significantly low compared to the general price level. (Judicial Act Section 32)
All prices in the online store include VAT 25.5%, 14% or marginal taxation 0%.
3.1 Payment
Klarna is the payment processor for the online store & Stripe is the payment processor for the gaming hobby portal. Klarna & Stripe transfer payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information regarding the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the payment transaction information.
The transaction is between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.
3.2 Cancelling an automatic payment
It is the customer's responsibility to cancel the automatic payment. Cancellation of a recurring subscription can be done through the online club portal as a self-service or by notifying our customer service of the cancellation.
3.3 Payment methods
Stripe
Stripe is the payment processor for the gaming portal.
Stripe is a secure and easy payment method. Customers can pay for their orders with credit cards or other payment methods offered by Stripe.
The Stripe payment service is operated by Stripe Payments Europe Limited, a company registered in Ireland.
By accepting these terms, Customer agrees to Stripe's terms of use mixed privacy policy.
Klarna
Together with Klarna, we offer payment methods such as card and online banking, as well as invoice and installment payments. This service is called Klarna Checkout.
Klarna Checkout shows you certain information as soon as you are identified. Once you are identified, Klarna Checkout shows you which payment options are available to you. The pre-selected payment method is invoice, but you can of course change this to, for example, direct payment via bank transfer or card payment. The options offered to you may vary from time to time.
All payment-related information and messages will come to you directly from Klarna.
By providing information at checkout, you agree to Klarna's terms and conditions. By pressing the order button, you agree to XRoc Gaming Oy's general terms and conditions.
Invoice & Installment Payment
Together with Klarna, we offer the option of invoice and installment payment. Klarna will send you a link to the invoice in a separate email.

4. HQ Pelitalo Terms of Use
HQ – or Headquarters – is a gaming facility maintained by XRoc Gaming Oy in Riihikallio, Tuusula, at the following address:

Every customer visiting HQ agrees to comply with the general rules in force at any time. The rules can be read in the lobby of HQ and in section 7 of the terms and conditions. If the customer violates the general rules, the XRoc representative or a person authorized by him has the right to remove the customer from the gaming area. If the customer intentionally causes damage to HQ's equipment or other HQ property, XRoc Gaming Oy has the right to invoice the costs incurred for any damage.
HQ Rules
- Non-toxic – No discrimination or barking.
- Nothing is loaded onto the machines without permission.
- No eating or drinking is allowed at the gaming venues.
- The playgrounds are cleaned after use.
- Everyone takes care of their own messes.
- The visitor undertakes to comply with the age restrictions.
- Running & rampaging prohibited.
- If there is a problem with the machines or equipment, you are not allowed to start repairing it yourself, but rather call in an employee to check the situation.
- Log in to the machines with your own game IDs, except for Minecraft, for which the machines have ready-made loan users.
- Treat the devices as if they were your own. – Although the games may be annoying at times, remember that the devices are on loan to the visitor. If something is broken intentionally, the violator is fully liable for compensation.
5. Gaming hobbies
8.1 Close-range hobbies
The following terms and conditions apply to Minecraft game clubs, Gaming Clubs, Fortnite coaching groups and Counter Strike coaching groups.
Registration for gaming clubs takes place on the clubs' own websites.
The first club visit is a free introductory visit and the club fee does not need to be paid or the fee will be refunded in full. If you do not wish to visit the clubs after the introductory visit and if you do not wish to continue in the clubs after the introductory visit, cancellation must be made by email, telephone or verbally to the game director on site.
Introduction month
New customers are entitled to a so-called "introduction month". The monthly fee for the introduction month is half the normal monthly fee. The introduction month is intended for new customers; if the registered customer has attended any of our groups (excluding game camps) in the past 6 months, he or she is not entitled to the introduction month. Misused introduction months will be canceled manually.
It is possible to move from one group to another during the payment period.
Monthly fee
Our gaming activities are subject to a monthly fee and the monthly fee is valid for 30 days. It is possible to edit the payments and information for gaming activities through the Gaming Activities Portal.
It is possible to pay the monthly fee at the casino with a payment card.
Termination
The customer is responsible for cancelling their hobby. You can cancel via the Gaming Hobby Portal or by emailing our customer service. Customer service(at)xroc.gg
6. Disagreements
We strive to resolve all disagreements through negotiation with the customer.
Complaints will only be processed in writing. Complaints must be sent by email. Customer Service(at)XRoc.gg.
If disagreements cannot be resolved through negotiation, we ask the customer to contact us. consumer advice
7. Changes
XRoc Gaming Oy reserves the right to change the information. The user accepts the terms and conditions of the service in force at any time when using the service.
