Attached are the general terms and conditions and practices for the space renter.
Every tenant must comply with the terms of the contract and the rules of the facility.

1.General rules

  • Each person booking the space is personally responsible for complying with the Game House's rules and conditions and is also obliged to review them with their party.
  • The premises must only be used for the purpose agreed upon in the reservation.
  • The person booking is responsible for general cleanliness. In practice, this means that the trash is put in the trash, the person's own traces are cleaned up, and the space is left in the same condition as upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon when booking.
  • The booker is obliged to ensure public order and compliance with the housing association's rules and regulations.

2. Responsibility for the equipment and property of the Gaming Area.

  • The person booking the space is responsible for any damage caused to the property of the gaming house.
  • If the booker notices any defect in any device or item, they must notify the gaming house staff as soon as possible.
  • In the event of damage caused by intentional or negligent behavior, the booker is fully liable for compensation. The company may invoice the booker directly for the damage in these cases.
  • The renter is also responsible for any possible theft. This means that it is the renter's responsibility to lock the front door to prevent unauthorized access to the premises.

3. Housing Association Rules of Procedure

  • Since Pelitalo is located partly on the ground floor of an apartment building, the housing association's rules also apply to us.
  • Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area designated by the housing company.
  • Silence is from 22:00 to 06:00 (This generally only applies to the board game room and rest areas). You may make noise in the game room and lounge area during silence, but the noise must be humane between 22:00 and 06:00.
  • You are not allowed to move around in the courtyard of the housing company.

4. General cleanliness and the responsibilities of the booker.

  • The gaming house must be in a basic clean condition after booking. This means taking your own trash to the trash can, keeping the gaming areas clean, cleaning up any messes you make, and washing the dishes. We will clean the premises ourselves after booking.
  • The pillow and blanket in the sleeping area must be folded up on the bed and used linens must be placed in the laundry basket found in the sleeping area.
  • The equipment and furniture of the gaming house may not be moved.
  • If the premises are left in a messy condition, we will charge the booker a separate cleaning fee for cleaning up the mess. (Starting at 50€)

5. Hardware Terms of Use

  • The charger is also responsible for any damage caused to the equipment.
  • The booker and his/her entourage are free to bring their own peripherals with them.
  • The gaming machines have a dedicated Windows user for the booker, which is not restricted. This means that the booker can install their own games and peripheral applications on the machines.
  • The person booking must ensure that they have logged out of their accounts after use. We will check the machines after booking and log out any forgotten usernames and clear the cache.
  • You may NOT install or download illegal and fraudulent applications on your computers, such as cheating applications for games, torrents or viruses.
  • You may drink your own soft drinks at the gaming stations, but with special caution. Eating at the gaming machines is not allowed, we have a separate dining table for this.

6. Restrictions.

  • The person making the reservation is obliged to state the purpose of using the space and the expected number of people when making the reservation and to comply with this.
  • The bunk beds in the rest area are weight limited to 120kg per bed. We have 2 box spring beds for larger players.
  • The maximum number of people in the gaming room is 50 people between 06:00 and 22:00 and 15 people between 22:00 and 06:00. The booker is obliged to ensure that these are not exceeded.

7. Notification obligation

  • The booker is obliged to report any damage to the casino staff immediately after the damage occurs.

8. Booking cancellation conditions

  • If the cancellation occurs more than 2 weeks (14 days) before the reservation, we will not charge any fees.
  • If the cancellation occurs 1-2 weeks (7-14 days) before the reservation, we will charge a cancellation fee of €200.
  • If the cancellation occurs less than 1 week (7 days) before the reservation, we will charge a cancellation fee of €300.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing to our customer service email address CustomerService(at)Xroc.gg

Force majeure
If the cancellation is due to force majeure, we will not charge any fees.
Force majeure circumstances include serious illness, an accident or some other unexpected event.

 

9. Reservation services

  • All space rentals include use of the entire gaming house, except for the relaxation room and staff office.

10. Keys

  • The person reserving the keys to the game room will be left with them and is therefore responsible for returning the key after the reservation period.
  • The booker is responsible for the proper storage of the key and is obliged to compensate for any costs incurred due to a lost key.

11. Sleep mode

  • Sleep mode is only available for reservations where sleep mode has been separately agreed upon.
  • The sleeping area has 8 beds and 2 extra beds if necessary.
  • The booker can bring their own linens, but we provide our own linens for all services that require a sleeping area.
